ASG610 is the central measurement and decision brick of the automatic slope and gain control function. This type
observes the average level of the QAM TV signal in the C38 channel. Based on the measured level the module controls the gain and slope set by the BEQ unit in the forward path signal way in order to achieve constant signal levels in the whole frequency range. The ASG610 can be inserted into the LA, LE, MB and MT amplifier families.
