• An Unboxing Video is mandatory for wrong or damaged saree. (Claims without video proof will not be accepted.)

• Customized / Special Order sarees are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Discount coupons are not applicable on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

• Courier transit damage is not the responsibility of CableMall.in; a valid unboxing video proof is required for any damage claim.

• Pickup service is not available; customers must self-ship the dress after approval.
